The highest honor of professional achievement in the incentive travel industry is the Certified Incentive Travel Executive (CITE). Members of the Society of Incentive & Travel Executives (SITE) who have exhibited an outstanding knowledge of all aspects of the incentive travel industry are eligible for this certification. There are currently fewer than 50 CITEs worldwide. Incentives Unlimited has two CITEs on staff. Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) The CMP, the foremost certification program of today's meetings, conventions, and exhibitions industry, is awarded to those who have achieved the industry's highest standards of professionalism. The CMP designation is awarded to candidates who display an outstanding broad knowledge of the 27 meeting planning functions. Masters Degree of Travel and Tourism We did our homework…literally. One of our team members, and a principle of our company, went back to school to earn a graduate degree in Travel and Tourism from Clemson University while working full time. Our customers benefit from knowledge derived from empirical research on incentive reward options and the role of incentive travel. :
